I grew up in Dutchess County, NY, and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to starting my family, I embarked on a career in IT.
I have been working in healthcare for 20 years, ever since my kids were in school. I worked as a medical biller/office manager for a dermatologist, and then a front desk supervisor for a multi-specialty practice. In 2017, after being a patient of Carlson ProCare, I accepted a position with them.
My core values are number one, family. After that – integrity, compassion, patience and responsibility.

What I do here at Carlson Procare is handle some of the billing/admin services needed by clients and by our providers. Something that I have to deal with that I wish I could fix is understanding the many confusing and complicated aspects of their insurance plans.
What I love about working here is I like the people I work with across the company. Everyone is very nice and supportive of each other. They all strive to make the patient experience a good one.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also get a lot of satisfaction in serving the community through local organizations. I am a member of the Lions Club!
