I grew up in a small town called Hebron where I was involved with many sports including baseball, basketball, and martial arts. I went to school for my undergraduate degree at CCSU for Exercise Science. I then attended the University of Hartford where I completed my graduate work and obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

What do you do for the company and/or what do you specialize in?
- I am a physical therapist that has an interest in treating all populations. This includes; post-surgical, balance deficits, general pain/weakness, and athletic population.
What is something patients have to deal with that you want to fix?
- Reducing pain, improving mobility, increasing strength, and getting the patient to be able to do what they want in life without any difficulty.
What do you like about working here?
- I enjoy working at Carlson Procare because of the positive impact we have on our patients’ lives and the supportive, team-centered environment. Being able to help individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life is incredibly rewarding, and I am proud to be part of a company that prioritizes compassionate, patient-focused care.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
- When I am not working I love to go to the gym, go on long hikes around New England, and have a nice day soaking up some sun on the beach!
