Office Manager

I grew up in Westchester County, N.Y. I attended Iona College. I worked for White Plains Hospital in the Risk Management/Quality Assurance Department. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. I was an office manager for a multidisciplinary pain management office for 11 years prior to joining Carlson ProCare.

My core values are compassion, have a strong work ethic, and treat others as you want to be treated.

What I do here at Carlson ProCare is schedule appointments, explain insurance benefits & obtain authorizations for visits when required.

Something that patients are dealing with that I would like to fix is making sure that patients get access to healthcare and that they are not denied care based on their diagnosis.

Something I love about working at Carlson ProCare is the proximity to my home, and getting to know my patients on a personal level.
