Heather Keller

Massage Therapist, LMT

Heather Keeler, LMT, is a 2001 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage. She began her career in Baltimore working with a chiropractor and physical therapist, seeing everyone from athletes to those in hospice. After spending six years working in the spa industry in Belize, her husband and three kids returned to her home town of New Milford. Heather specializes in chronic pain (from migraines to low back pain), recovering from injuries, and relieving stress. She believes helping people relax mentally is equally important as the manipulation of muscles. Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports massage techniques are utilized in her individualized sessions.
