Cara is a 1992 graduate from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is an expert in medical massage due to her prior career in the medical field. She especially enjoys working with spine and shoulder patients. She is also a rehab technician at Carlson ProCare. Cara is always looking for new ways to relax patients’ muscles so they can obtain their full potential while exercising.
