I grew up locally in Danbury, CT. I graduated Danbury High School in 2006. After high school I moved to South Florida where I began working as a crew member on private luxury mega yachts. I spent the better part of 10 years traveling and working on boats, after which I returned to CT and went to school to become a PTA. I graduated from CT State in December 2023.

I began working at Carlson ProCare in October of 2022 as a PT Aide. I gained experience working with patients and learning from the PTs. I did three student clinical rotations, at Skilled nursing facility, at an acute inpatient rehab and at another outpatient clinic. I was able to work with a wide variety of populations and conditions at that time. At Mt. Sinai hospital I worked in the brain injury unit treating stroke and trauma patients.

The core values that drive me in life are compassion, empathy, hard work, family and integrity.

“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.” – Willie Nelson

When I am not working I enjoy hiking with my dog, spending time with my niece, riding motorcycles with my husband, and trying different restaurants with my friends. I enjoy skiing in the winter andI recently started running and I am training for my first 5k. I also am an avid traveler and scuba diver.
