I graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with a Physical Therapists Assistant Degree, Magna Cum Laude in 2019 and was awarded The Marie Smith Memorial Award for academic excellence. Now, I am honored to use the skills acquired to help improve the lives of the great people in our community.
While working as a fitness instructor at my local YMCA I developed a passion for helping others achieve their goals of better health and improved wellness. I had the good fortune to work with people of varying fitness levels and goals in classes such as HIIT, Indoor Cycle, Beginner Strength Training, Silver Sneakers, and Livestrong at the YMCA. This experience inspired me to return to school as an adult to pursue my career as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

I am a physical therapist assistant here at Carlson Procare, and I love building relationships with patients and, through gentle encouragement, I enjoy helping people break through barriers so they can feel better and achieve their maximum potential.

When I’m not working I enjoy caring for my home and family, teaching an indoor spin class, strength training or trying a new class at my local gym, or spending time with friends.
