I earned my degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas, a respected institution recognized for its excellence in medical education in the Philippines. During my clinical training, I was honored as Best Intern at two different facilities. After obtaining my Philippine license, I began my professional career at Asian Hospital and Medical Center, a leading JCI-accredited tertiary hospital. There, I managed a diverse range of cases, including neurologic, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, critical care, and geriatric patients. I also gained specialized experience in pulmonary rehabilitation, particularly while treating post-COVID patients during the pandemic.
Following my hospital work, I transitioned into private practice, focusing on home health care with an emphasis on neurologic and geriatric populations. While continuing my clinical work, I pursued U.S. licensure—obtaining my license in New York in 2020, and later transferring it to Connecticut after relocating in 2023.
The core values that guide me are integrity, compassion, service, diversity, and commitment to excellence.

“The grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for” – Quotes from Ikigai
I currently work as a Physical Therapist at Carlson Procare, where I specialize in treating cervical spine conditions and post-operative cases, including total knee replacements (TKR) and rotator cuff repairs. Additionally, I focus on geriatric care, particularly helping patients with deconditioning and age-related functional decline.
I am deeply passionate about treating post-operative patients and those with chronic pain. It’s incredibly rewarding to see tangible improvements, such as increased range of motion, and to help alleviate their discomfort by addressing the physical and somatic sources of their pain. Through targeted treatment strategies, my goal is to enhance their quality of life and support their recovery process.
I take great satisfaction in treating post-operative patients, as well as those managing chronic pain related to neck and cervical spine conditions. It’s rewarding to help alleviate their discomfort and support their recovery through focused, individualized care.

I really enjoy working at Carlson Procare because of the strong collaboration within the team. It creates an environment where I can continuously learn and grow, which helps me enhance my skills and provide better care for my patients.
When I’m not working, I love traveling and exploring new places, especially trying out the local food wherever I go. I’m also a big fan of spending time in nature, particularly hiking. When I have some downtime, I enjoy watching a wide range of shows, from American sitcoms to Korean dramas.
