I grew up in East Fishkill, New York, and went on to attend SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, where I earned my degree in Physical Therapy. I spent eight years working in outpatient therapy before moving to the Brookfield/New Milford area in early November. Since joining Carlson Procare, I’ve enjoyed becoming part of a team that is both supportive and fun to work with.
I’m especially inspired by working with young athletes, post-operative patients, total joint replacements, and individuals with general orthopedic conditions. I love helping people who are motivated to improve through movement, exercise, and strength training — it’s rewarding to guide someone through their rehab and see them regain confidence and function.
What I enjoy most about Carlson Procare is the camaraderie. The team creates a positive, energetic, and genuinely enjoyable environment in the clinic. Everyone contributes to that atmosphere, making it a great place to work and an even better place for patients to heal.
What keeps me motivated, even on tough days, is the opportunity to help others heal through movement. I’m passionate about promoting lifestyle changes that encourage people to embrace exercise and experience all the benefits it brings to their physical and mental well-being.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog and hanging out with friends. I enjoy working out, playing sports, and watching sports — anything that keeps me active, engaged, and connected with the people I care about.
