I was born and raised in New Milford, and I’m a proud mother of three and grandmother of seven. Family has always been at the heart of who I am, and it’s a big part of what I bring to my work. I’ve been with Carlson Procare for about 20 years, and during that time, this team and our patients have become an extension of that family.
With decades of experience, I’ve grown to really enjoy the billing work I do, especially the patient challenges that my colleague Sue brings my way. I like problem-solving, staying organized, and helping patients navigate issues that can often feel stressful or overwhelming. Being able to ease that burden for them gives me a sense of purpose and pride.
What I love most about being part of Carlson Procare is the kindness and cooperation of everyone I work with. Our team is supportive, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand. It’s a positive, collaborative environment where people truly care about each other and about the patients we serve.
What motivates me each day is the simple blessing of being able to still get up and go to work. I’m grateful for the energy, health, and opportunity to continue doing what I love alongside people I respect.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family. Whether it’s a quiet moment together or a lively gathering with my children and grandchildren, those are the moments that mean the most.
