I grew up in West Haven, Connecticut, and have always had a passion for health, movement, and helping others. I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University, then went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University. My educational background and experiences have given me a strong foundation in understanding both the science of rehab and the human side of patient care.
I feel most inspired when working with patients who have athletic backgrounds, particularly those involved in baseball or golf. I also enjoy helping active adults return to their favorite hobbies and recreational activities. Whether it’s restoring strength, improving mobility, or enhancing performance, I find great satisfaction in helping people get back to doing what they love.
What I love most about being part of the Carlson Procare team is the camaraderie. Everyone brings positive energy, support, and genuine dedication to our shared mission of making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. It’s a team environment that lifts both patients and clinicians.
I’m motivated every day by the opportunity to help others. Seeing a patient reduce their pain, regain confidence, or improve their overall quality of life is incredibly rewarding — and it’s the reason I chose this profession in the first place.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog, playing golf, and going to the gym. These activities keep me active, balanced, and grounded — values I bring into my work as a physical therapist.
