I’m originally from New Jersey and moved to Florida after getting married. I have two sons, ages seven and four, who keep life full of energy and fun. I’ve been with Carlson Procare for nearly three years, and I recently returned to the team, bringing my experience and love for organization back into the mix.
In my role, I’m most inspired by resolving complex billing issues and helping patients feel supported and cared for. I take pride in removing something stressful from their plate and making sure every detail is handled the right way.
What I love most about being part of the Carlson Procare team is the shared pride we take in doing things well. Everyone is committed to providing excellent service, and it’s rewarding to contribute to that mission every day.
I’m driven by a desire to keep things accurate, efficient, and organized. Even when challenges arise, I stay motivated by knowing that I’m helping patients and supporting the team by ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, I love spending as much time as possible with my family. Whether we’re visiting Disney, exploring Universal, going on family walks, or enjoying cozy firepit nights, making memories together is my favorite way to recharge.
