I grew up in Maine and later moved to Florida for college, which is where I met my amazing husband, Joel. Shortly after graduating, we got married and decided to begin our life together here in Connecticut. I joined Carlson Procare just shy of a year ago, and since then, this place has become a meaningful part of my journey both personally and professionally.
Working at Carlson has taught me so much about myself. I’ve discovered how much I enjoy helping people, guiding them, and making sure they receive the best care possible. I’m a people person through and through — I love connecting with others, keeping the energy positive, and adding a little fun into each day. It’s important to me that every patient feels supported, cared for, and welcomed.
One surprising part of my journey has been stepping into marketing. I could never have imagined myself in a marketing role, but I’ve grown to truly enjoy it. I love promoting a company I believe in and getting to share the incredible work our team does every day. It has pushed me creatively, helped me grow professionally, and allowed me to contribute in a way I never expected.
One of the things I love most about Carlson Procare is the team. The environment is fun, uplifting, and genuinely supportive. Being part of a group that values both hard work and joy makes every day better, and it reminds me how lucky I am to work with people who truly care about one another.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying busy and doing fun, active things that keep me moving and connected with the people I love. I’m incredibly blessed with a supportive family and a strong foundation of people who encourage me daily. My faith is also a huge part of my life. My love for the Lord keeps me grounded, and when times get tough, I cling to Him.
