My core values are to honesty, integrity, kindness, and a good work ethic.
I’m originally from Queens, NY, but then lived in Boston and Long Beach CA where I earned my Master’s Degree in physical therapy at the University of Southern California. (USC)
Over the past 40 years, I have taken extensive coursework in many areas of physical therapy.
“We have to be willing to let go of the life we had planned, to get going on the life that is waiting.”
I hold certifications in Integrative Manual Therapy and Lymphedema. (Complete Decongestive Therapy) I bring a lot of knowledge and experience to my patients at Carlson Procare.
Some things patients deal with that I strive to improve are ROM, strength, balance, and decrease pain to enable patients to return to their previous level of function. The conditions I enjoy treating are orthopedics, chronic pain, and lymphedema.
I have been an employee of Carlson ProCare since 2001., and take pride in our office which provides one-on-one quality care and expertise in a nurturing environment.
When I’m not at work, I love to hike and read a good book. I love cooking and experimenting with new foods. I love yoga, and getting out and traveling!
