I grew up in New York and went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in 2009. I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in 2014. Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in both South Florida and Southwest Virginia, gaining experience with a wide variety of patient populations. My family and I moved to Connecticut in 2023, and I’ve been with Carlson Procare ever since.
I’m passionate about helping people improve their quality of life at every stage. I enjoy treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions and find great purpose in helping patients maximize their function and confidence. I also have a strong interest in addressing gait and balance dysfunction, supporting patients through postpartum and pregnancy-related conditions, and helping individuals stay active and independent as they age.
What I love most about Carlson Procare is the friendly, supportive environment. The staff is deeply committed to their patients and to one another, and everyone brings genuine passion to their work. It’s a wonderful place to learn, grow, and provide meaningful care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two boys. I enjoy running, lifting, baking, tackling home improvement projects, and playing the piano. These activities help keep me balanced, energized, and ready to bring my best to the clinic each day.
